You’ll receive a welcome email with secure instructions for providing the WordPress and hosting access we need. Passwords are never requested through a normal contact form.
Before making changes, we’ll create an initial backup and review your WordPress installation, hosting, plugins, themes, and security. If we find pre-existing problems or unsupported software, we’ll explain what is needed and obtain your approval before any additional work.
Once the website is ready, ongoing backups, monitoring, security, updates, and support begin.

Service continues through the end of the paid billing period. If your plan includes hosting, your website must be moved to another hosting provider before that service ends.
Yes, but WooCommerce websites vary considerably. We’ll review the store, plugins, payment systems, and custom features to confirm that it is a good fit and identify anything requiring additional work.
