Sometimes you just have a question. Maybe you want to know if something is wrong but you don’t want to spend that high hourly rate. Well we can help with that. For a simple “diagnostic” fee of 25$ you can ask questions, pic our brains about WordPress or troubleshoot a problem.
Thats it, that simple. And in the event there is an issue and you want us to fix it we can give you an estimate of Time and cost.AND we will credit you the 25.00

Do I need to be a subscriber to use the repair service?

NO. Though we highly recommend that you keep everything backed up and secure you DO NOT need to be a subscriber. Our repair / support service is hourly.

How does the repair service work?

It is very simple, there are several ways to get support.

Chat with a tech or leave a request. Use the handy chat form on the website.
Schedule a 15-minute call and speak with a tech. Explain your issue and get help.
Use the handy request form. We will respond as quickly as possible.

What does it cost?

When you submit a request or speak with a tech, they will be able to give you an estimate and time frame. Our technicians are all screened, here in NC and very skilled. Our hourly rate is way more reasonable than our competitors’. We do not do anything without your approval.

Use the handy WordPress support form. A tech will respond as soon as possible. We strive to complete each call within 24 hours.
Schedule a call back. Use the scheduler to choose a day and time for us to call you. Calls are one half hour and are subject to the diagnostic fee.
